On the third weekend in June, Remagen hosts the LebensKunstMarkt (Art of Living Market), which, thanks to its unusual concept, has an excellent reputation as a very special event far beyond the region's borders. Like a holiday in the south: Mediterranean ambience on the Rhine river.
Almost 200 artists and craftspeople transform Remagen's town centre into a large city gallery that invites visitors to stroll and enjoy themselves. Galleries and artist groups offer special exhibitions and activities. The ‘ZeltGalerie im Historischen Dreieck’ (Tent Gallery in the Historic Triangle), in which the Arp Museum Bahnhof Rolandseck also participates, attracts visitors from far and wide with its high-quality offerings. Many exhibitors also offer visitors the opportunity to participate or watch them at work. In addition, Remagen's specialist shops are participating in the LebensKunstMarkt with a weekend of open shops.
